Weekly Energy Tips

Manifesting is a word that seems to be on everyone's radar these days - and for good reason!

As the Queen of Manifesting, I love talking about manifesting, and helping people manifest and bring forth the life they desire.

So what is it?

Manifesting is thinking, dreaming, and wanting something to come into your life and bringing it into reality.

But what most people don't realize is they are always manifesting! Every word, every thought emits a vibration out into the universe that the universe is determined to deliver to you. Most people become frustrated with manifesting or think it doesn't work because they're getting stuff they don't want.

But you get stuff you don’t want when that’s what you’re putting out there. If you want more money, but you always speak as if you’re broke, you’re creating internal conflict, and whatever feels like the highest vibration (usually what has the most emotion attached) is what will feel dominant to the Universe.

But, even if you don’t currently have a lot of money, if you start to consciously shift your language, you will see the results. If there’s something you want but maybe you can’t afford, instead of saying, “I can’t afford that,” try something like, “I can’t wait to buy that sometime soon.” Empowering yourself, rather than falling victim to your circumstance. And when you feel empowered, the universe feels you in that empowerment!

Practice this for yourself. Start declaring that you are wealthy and prosperous. You love money. You are so grateful for all the resources you have access to. And start to feel that wealth and positivity in your body.

And this goes for anything else you are wanting in your life.

For the month of May only, if you are on my newsletter, i am offering a free download of my e-book: MANIFEST ANYTHING YOU WANT IN 30 DAYS.

One of the absolute greatest gifts you can offer yourself is quiet time every day to go inward. We live in a very fast-paced world that is incredibly obsessed with the external. What other people are doing, what other people think, what other people say, our kids, our pets, our friends, our family. Being a human in the world, connected to the world and to others is beautiful, but we easily get off-balance when we don't connect inward.

So, how do you do it?

Connect to your body.

Now, what does that look like?

That looks like taking 15-20 minutes every day, placing one hand on your heart, one hand on your womb or your low belly, closing your eyes, and getting still and quiet. Once we turn our attention inward, we can start to turn down the thinking brain. And when we turn down the thinking brain, we can start to listen to what is deep within us - our highest self.

Your highest self is your best teacher. It is 100% trustworthy. You just have to learn to quiet the mind and be still long enough to hear it. It's about listening, not trying to control. And your body will help you with this.

If you have a deep burning question, something you are really confused about, or unsure of, ask the question internally, and feel how your body responds. If it contracts, feels heavy, if there is a sinking feeling in your heart, the answer is NO!

If you feel light, your breath is flowing easily and there is a sense of peace, the answer is YES.

Everyone is intuitive, and everyone has a higher-self that a greater source of wisdom than any friend, therapist, or family member will ever be.

Take the time for yourself to connect with this highest wisdom inside of you. It will always lead you to your highest purpose and your best self.

When we know that we should or shouldn't do something deep within our hearts, and we ignore this inner knowing, that's when our lives can start to feel chaotic, hard, stressful, and out of whack. Your higher-self will never lead you astray. You just have to make the time and create the space to be able to listen.

Most people shy away from anger. We've been brought up to believe that anger is bad, negative, and should be avoided at all costs. That is absolutely not true! Anger is an amazing catalyst to push you into something new. If you're always comfortable, if things are always smooth and easy, you will never change!

As a health intuitive, I see the horrible effects of stagnant anger in people ALL THE TIME. If you suppress anger, it will manifest in your body through some kind of physical illness. You have to express anger so it doesn't get trapped in your body.

So, how do you do it?

MOVEMENT. You have to move. Scream, yell, dance, throw a fit, chant, sing, run, hit a pillow! Do whatever you need to do to express anger. This does not give you permission to throw your anger at someone else. You have to be self-responsible. And that means expressing your anger in a safe way without hurting anyone else.

Happy healing,
