Your knee is the most complex joint in your body - a series of muscles, ligaments and tendons holding the bones of your thigh, shin & kneecap together. Your knee also take the brunt of your body weight (after your feet!), so its no surprise that knee pain and knee injuries are one of the most common things that people come to class with (after bad backs!).
