Gratitude Challenge for the month of November!
Challenge: A new pattern takes at least 21 days to take root and truly become a new behavior for a person. The month of November reminds us to be thankful and grateful, so let’s use this time to create a new positive behavior that will positively influence our mind-body-soul. For the month of November, every morning begin the day in gratitude stating at least 3 things you are grateful for and end the evening with at least 3 things you are grateful for.
