The Shift Towards Measuring Low-Value Care: What Can We Learn from Decades Measuring Quality?
There is wide recognition that promoting healthcare value involves decreasing ‘low-value’ services—care without clinical benefit, little benefit compared with cost or disproportionate potential harm.
