Why do most people join MLM and what can you as a Leader do first thing?
Most people will join MLM mainly cause they trust the person that showed it to them. They don't really know or understand completely all about the products, the incentive plan, or the MOA, but they put their trust in the person that enrolled them. What can you, as a leader, do to get your team all the information and support they need, and get everyone motivated and productive? What can you do that the mutual learning process will be fun and effective, bonding and focusing ?
