Boosting your "ME TIME"
Last weeks questions was "What is ONE Thing you can do to remember someone you love?" I said was going to take some time to journal about the gratitude I feel for my ancestors. I did take some time to journal about my family and how their bravery in leaving their homes and possessions ultimately made it possible for me to live the wonderful life I get to live now.
