The Power Of Lavender Oil

Stressed? Need a healthy way to unwind? I got you. Try lavender oil! Lavender oil has stress relieving properties that works wonders. At the end of the day, run a hot bath, add epsom salt (+ if it’s lavender scented) and put in a few drops of lavender oil.
