Happy Pills

A little over a month ago I ran out of my medication known colloquially as my "happy pills". District of Columbia

I fell in love with DC the summer after I graduated from High School. My sweet grandmother was kind enough to take me and my mom on a once-in-a-lifetime American and church history tour that lasted two weeks and explored some amazing places. The very first stop on that trip was Washington DC, and I was captivated. I've always wanted to go back and explore even more... there's so much to see and it's impossible to cover the whole place in the few days that we were there. Fin

Hello to Spring, Goodbye to SAD

February and March have always been particularly difficult for me. As many of you know, I have an anxiety disorder - which coincidentally goes hand-in-hand with depression.
