All or nothing?
I haven’t worked out in two days. I went out for lunch yesterday and ordered pasta salad over a garden salad as my side. Did I mention I also ate 5 thin mints before bed? Not that long ago I would’ve felt really low about this. I would’ve laid in bed, on my phone, planning out what low calorie smoothie I would have for breakfast the next morning.
