Could a five hour workday really work?
My recruiting assistant only works five hour shifts, I have found that with this method we are more productive and charged. I noticed that when I am not intentional I waste time on the Internet, texting, numerous conversations with coworkers, etc. I wonder if I cut out distractions, unnecessary meetings, too many breaks, and personal stuff out if I can get everything done in five hours and leave? Could I really just focus on my work time and enjoy more personal hours and fun?
