What will happen during a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy session?

After your initial consultation, when you return for your first treatment session, you’ll be asked about your week, what’s been good, what’s made you smile, what you’ve been proud of. This highlights the positive events, thoughts and feelings that have been going on. At no point will you be asked to describe or go into detail about your concerns. What is Hypnotherapy and how can it help you?

My aim is to help you relax and take control of your concern. I practice Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. It consists of two aspects: Psychotherapy and Hypnosis. Psychotherapy is positive talking – asking what’s been good about your week, exploring how that makes you feel; and visualisation of your goal, broken down into small, achievable steps.
