The Journey Continues...

A long week has come to an end. The team has done very well, considering this was their first international competition. We earned two silver medals, one for each discipline, placed 8th out of 15 nations and came close to gold medal points for our restaurant des nations menu. This was an excellent learning opportunity. The Games Have Begun!

The Restaurant des Nations competition has come and gone. We have been so busy that we are just now catching our breath and taking the time to reflect. The team won a silver medal for their three-course Restaurant des Nations menu. Feedback from the judges highlighted our strong performance in the kitchen. The team was sharp, clean and organized. Let the Games Begin!

Suitcases are packed, equipment shipped, and the team is focused as the day of our departure draws near. Hours, weeks and months of preparation are behind us. What remains is the day of competition. Going For Gold!...Culinary World Cup!

The tickets are booked, hotel rooms reserved, the host and prep kitchen secured, the bus hired, the team's day to day activities and work planned out.
