Frittelle di Riso Frittelle with Rice.. never fail in Italian tables for Carnival !!

Ingredients: 300 gr rice 300 gr flour 6 yolk’s egg 1 white ’s egg 1 lt 1/4 milk lemon zest orange zest 2 spoons of sugar instant yeast Put some lemon zest in milk and bring it close to boil . Cook the rice in milk with 2 spoons of sugar ( until is soft ) when it is warm add yolk one after the other is incorporated , orange zest and some orange juice . This is a #crostata with custard and apples on top ! For the pastry 🥮: 200 gr flour .100gr sugar 100gr butter 1 egg Custard : 400 gr milk with zest lemon , 4 yolk and 100 gr sugar .
