New year, new you…?
The first two weeks of 2019 have officially passed. Have you quit on your resolution yet? Chances are that when you read that question, one of a number of emotions welled up inside of you. Maybe the guilt of having only lasted a day or two before abandoning the “new year - new you.” Perhaps indifference due to not setting a resolution in the first place. Or it could be pride not only from setting a resolution this year, but also for going strong 16 days into the new calendar.
