January is long gone. We gotta stay motivated through winter. There no better motivation that coffee, breakfast, mimosas, etc. at the end of a Saturday morning run. We are joining forces with our pals Bowling Green Road Runners to host group runs at Coffee & Eggs. Join us this Saturday at 7:30am for a run followed by breakfast (bRUNch?)

Coffee & Eggs is located at 2549 Mount Victor Ln suite 1, Bowling Green, KY

7:30am

We welcome runners of all abilities, distances, and paces to our group. Saturday morning runs mean different things to different runners. Some of us are running 10+ miles, others are running a mile or two. This isn't necessarily a structured training group, its a bunch of people meeting up to run whatever their training calls for and then enjoying Coffee & Eggs afterwards. That said, there are quite a few of us planning to run from the restaurant, down Lovers Lane to Scottsville Rd and back. it is a 5.5mi route with plenty of options to cut it short if you don't want to run that far, as well as several opportunities to make it a much longer run as well.

There is a smaller group that is running 9-10mi that will start at Coffee & Eggs at 6:45am to run a 4mi loop before returning to meet the main group at 7:30am.

Whether you're a non-runner, or an experienced ultramarathoner, there is room at the table for you after the run.
