Monday: 1 mile Chain Pull at 100% body weight. Tuesday: 5 mile walk with 6% body weight pack. Wednesday: 1 mile sprint training. Thursday: Rest, Play and 5 mile light walk Friday: 1 mile Chain Pull at 100% body weight. Saturday: 10 mile light walk/hike. Sunday: Rest and Play. Grooming Day.
