ONE GOOD WAY TO STAY IN SHAPE AS WE AGE IS TO BREATH!
Getting older and trying to exercise can be really hard. Having so many aches and pain does not make exercising something that we would want to do but really, we should include some type of exercise in our daily routine, definitely as we age. I was thinking about what types of exercising would be easier to do for older ones. There are exercises that can be done in a chair while lifting lite weights and they have those exercise foot pedals that you can use while sitting down.
