I held a stall at Milton Keynes Pride this year. There was so many people there and the atmosphere was amazing.

A lot of people came to see us at our stall from our facebook 'Trans'pirational' group who we've never met before, it was great to put faces and voices to these individuals whom have been talking on the group.

Also having the support of fellow admin for the group Andrea and her family was great.

There are so many variants under the transgender umbrella now...

The masculine umbrella: Cis man, Trans man, (Demi-boy also sits under the non-binary umbrella)

The female umbrella: Cis woman, Trans woman, (Demi-girl also sits under the non-binary umbrella)

Third or other gender: Bi-gender, Pan-gender, Gender-fluid

The Non-Binary umbrella: Non-binary, Gender-queer, Androgyne, Two-spirit

No-Gender/Genderless: A-gender

Sexual Identity:

Is how an individual sees themselves, the personal sense of ones gender. Gender identity can correlate with assigned sex at birth or can differ from it.

In most societies there is a basic division between gender attributes assigned to males and females, a gender binary to which most people adhere and which includes expectations of masculinity and femininity in all aspects of sex and gender: biological sex, gender identity and gender expression.

Some people do not identify with some or all of the aspects of gender, some of those people are transgender, non-binary or genderqueer.

Sexual Expression;

Is an individuals behaviour, mannerisms, interests and appearance that is associated with a particular gender i:e male or female showing masculinity or femininity. This also includes pacific gender roles. These categories rely on stereotypes about gender.

While gender expression does not necessarily connect to sexuality, individuals often are misinterpreted as more masculine if lesbian and more feminine if gay, regardless of the individuals gender expression. These beliefs can lead to people misinterpreting an individuals gender expression based on their sexuality.

Sexual Orientation:

Is an enduring pattern of romantic or sexual attraction (or a combination of these) to individuals of the opposite sex or gender, the same sex or gender, or to both sexes or more than one gender. These attractions are generally subsumed under heterosexuality, homosexuality and bisexuality, while asexuality(the lack of sexual attraction to others) is sometimes identified as the fourth category.

Testosterone is marketed under a large number of brand names throughout the world.

Major brand names of testosterone and/or its esters include Andriol, Androderm, Androgel, Axiron, Delatestryl, Depo-Testosterone, Intrinsa, Nebido, Omnadren, Primoteston, Sustanton, Testim, Testogel, Testopatch, Testoviron and Tostran.

Testosterone can be used as a gel or patch that is applied to the skin, injection into the muscle, tablet that is placed in the cheek or tablet that is taken by mouth.

I started my testosterone in 2014 with Testogel a gel which I applied to my shoulders and abdomen on a daily basis.

In 2015 I was changed to Nebido an injection which is put in to the muscle at the top of my right buttock cheek every 8 weeks by the nurse at my doctors medical centre.
