When creating my counselling room I knew I wanted it to be a multipurpose space. It’s very well known that exercise is great for mental health, very common knowledge that the chemicals released make us feel good. Exercise in the morning helps us to feel good throughout the day, in the evening it can help us to release any stress felt during the day. Regular exercise helps you sleep at night and improves memory. There’s tonnes of research out there about how exercise can help
