Summer should be great months; fresh air, healthy food and lots of relaxation. As as a mother of two I find the summer really busy and very tiring. Well last night I think it has all caught up on me. 😩 1st August today, time to get back To a healthy, balanced lifestyle. first things first 10 mins meditation then I am going to look at food, exercise, skin, hair and nails.
