How To Become Self aware

Search yourself ; Know and become honest with yourself about your strengths and weaknesses.Your weakness holds you back from achieving your dreams and goals, it installs fear in your mind and decreases your potential to be great.

Focus on your strengths and improve on them, this will motivate you to propel you toward being self aware.


Meditate ; A great way to de-stress is, by meditating and journaling, learn to take deep breaths and keep focus. Most importantly keep a mind that's open to everything and attached to nothing, learn new things each day that will add value to your life, it teaches you things you never knew about yourself.


Listen to Feed back; It is sometimes hard to listen to critism, but in order to learn about yourself from an outside source it assist in working on what you are not aware of.


Constantly working on ourselves is beneficial to our mind, body and soul.

Our thoughts play an integral role in our lives, how we think and speak about ourselves determines how we live our lives.

If we lack self confidence and belief in ourselves then it shows in our daily lifestyle, if we speak negatively about ourselves or our situation we attract negativity upon ourselves.

Challenges are inevitable it is apart of life, there is nothing we can do about it, but when it comes it's what we do and how we handle it that determine the outcome, do we plan to let it get the best of us? or do we grow through the experience and learn the lesson it leaves behind?


Here are 5 ways to Help You Improve Your Mindset.


1. Always believe that whatever you desire is possible.Speak your desires as if, it is in the present, as if it has already happen.


2. Be conscious of the thoughts you entertain in your mind, we cannot stop our minds from thinking, but we can choose not to dwell on it if it does not serve us.


3. Learn from others who have what it is that you desire, If you hang around people who does not hold a winning mindset, be aware it rubs off on you.


4. Feed your mind daily, increase your knowledge, read inspirational books, listen to positive motivational audios, it does not mean that you are not smart , it just means that you want to remain strong.


5. Set your intentions and goals, write them down and meditate on them daily, this will help you to keep yourself accountable and confirm to your subconscious mind that this is what you desire


Stay focused on your goals, there might be distractions during the journey ,they are not there to stop you but rather challenge you, it's the process enjoy it and learn from it.

From Guilt to Gratitude


We all make mistakes and we beat ourselves up too often.

First acknowledge the truth that we are humans and we are not exempt for making mistakes.We have to understand that failure is a part of the success process, the first attempt in learning is failure.

when we make mistakes it helps us to become more tolerant with ourselves, don't be tentative, stop beating yourselves up.

Can you forgive yourself for making mistakes?, forgiveness is not only given to others we should also practice it within our lives.

Why do we fear forgiving ourselves, stop holding yourselves within a different standard, we all have our strengths and weaknesses, that is why we have to learn to forgive ourselves first before we even learn to forgive others.

We judge ourselves because of something that we did and we are afraid to let go of that attachment, deal with what is in the now not based on what was in the pass.


Even though you might have suffered then, you have to find an exit from that sufferation.

If something caused you to suffer let it go ! it doesn't serve you, stop reliving the drama we call life.When you embrace letting it go it brings you freedom and peace of mind from torment and drama.


You are more than surviving you are in a mortal being ,when you get wrapped up let go of your history, let go of your drama.

Think about the kindness and all the good things you have done, hold on to that -speed the process up and let go, forget about that point of view, sometimes things have had to happen in order for other things to manifest. Stop judging and condemning yourself, you end up suppressing your heart, in order to find freedom you have to share your heart at least with yourself.
