The United States should work for their people, not for profit. During this campaign you will see us address on issues We The People so desperately demand action on. We need a government for the people, by the people, and of the people.

We cannot afford to run the same typical candidates (establishment elites, rich and powerful) and hope change will happen. Change can only happen if and when we stand together and hold our elected officials accountable. Washington is a machine that has proven to be ineffective and inefficient.

We believe that these rich old people who have been in Washington for decades have become part of the problem. Too much groupthink and unwillingness to compromise has left us with the problems we have today. Our message will be to address:

—The national debt which IS a threat to national security —Term limits —Improving relations among law enforcement and communities —Forming an audit division in the GAO —Economic empowerment for all Americans to be independent —Welfare reform —Limiting congressional powers and giving power back to the states —Tax Reform 2.0 (simplifying tax brackets, and lowering rates on overtime and bonuses) Ryan A. Gonzalez 2020 US CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE (CO-06)

We need mental health reform. Our society has a stigma surrounding mental health. There is a notion that people are crazy, or unstable, or weak minded. That’s not really the case. From depression to anxiety to PTSD, mental health plays an important role in our lives. Mental health can also affect physical health. Not all people have the proper coping mechanisms or support systems that others have. So what do we do?

There are options that we can do and Congress must act. Our vision for mental health reform includes:

—Breaking the stigma (public awareness, and education) —Enforce mental health parity (insurance companies find loopholes to deny mental health treatment) —More effective resources (institutions, public organizations, encouraging more professionals to partake in mental health care)

Our healthcare system is a problem. High costs of healthcare leads to higher premiums, higher deductibles, and higher co-pays. This discourages people from seeking treatment and to others, it is a financial burden.

People are falling in medical cost debt and it is wrong. Big pharmaceutical companies have wronged the American people the same way our own government has wronged the American people by not acting. Every single election, politicians propose to fix this issue, but fail to deliver. Special interests, lobbyists, and big donors line the pockets of our elected members of Congress to refrain from fixing the corruption in the healthcare industry. This is wrong.

Every single American deserves affordable and access to the health treatment they deserve. Our vision of affordable and quality healthcare is outlined as follows:

—Eliminate state lines to purchase health care plans (increases competition) —Protect people with pre-existing conditions — Removing big government intervention and regulation in price decision making—let the private sector have more control. —Limit increases on premiums and deductibles (by measuring inflation) —Create a public HSA option to cover costs not covered by insurance
