No-Rise Pizza Dough

Lets start this off with a disclaimer: this is probably not the best pizza dough you'll ever have.


What I will say-- it's super quick, pretty tasty, and it 100% hits the spot. The texture is light and airy, with that yummy olive oil flavor coming through. It may not be the best you've ever had, but I don't think you'll be disappointed.



No Rise Pizza Dough

makes one medium pizza (12ish inches)




3/4 cup of warm water

1 tbsp of sugar

1 tsp of salt

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of honey

2 cups of AP flour

2 1/2 tsp of instant yeast




1. In a large bowl, mix together water, sugar, salt, honey, an olive oil. Whisk until sugar an honey are completely combined.


2. Add in the flour and instant yeast. With a wooden spoons (or your hands if you're feeling funky), stir in the flour to the liquid mixture. Continue to do so until a nice ball has formed.


3. Using a rolling pin, roll out your dough to desired thickness and shape. Top with all the yummy things you can think of, and bake at a 450 degree oven for 10-15 min. Basically, everything should be a deep golden (including the bottom!!)
