Marketing is a fast paced world and trends are changing all the time. It can be difficult to keep up with but, and this is a huge but, it's essential you're at the top of your game at all times.
Self development is super important to me. I know I'm good at what I do but I don't ever want to get comfortable with that, so I'm always striving to learn more. How? I have online subscriptions with some of the biggest and best marketers, I have an annual membership with smart insights (I highly recommend this) I listen to podcasts such as Social Media Marketing with Michael Stelzner, Marketing Over coffee, The Social Media Examiner show and a few others! I also have a feed of my favourite marketing brands on feedly which I read daily. This sounds intense, and it can be but in a world thats evolving all the time, you need to keep up or you'll be left behind!
