Aries Management Corporation is a full service management company, established in 1992.
Our mission is to manage not only the day to day operations of the Community Associations but could also use our construction knowledge and expertise to insure maintenance contracts are adhered to and long-range planning programs can be implemented.
Aries currently manages homes in condominium, cluster, and homeowners’ associations in
both Summit and Cuyahoga Counties. Property Management
Periodic inspection of the property and amenities for adherence to contracts
Write up specification for seasonal contracts, with consideration of Board requirements
Work with Engineering firms to compile specifications for any major projects, capital
Requesting bids for seasonal contracts and projects and interacting with contractors.
Inspection of property and reporting of any preventative maintenance or general
maintenance needed along with initiating work orders for maintenance requested by unit
owners, as may be necessary to properly maintain the property
Keep records of all income and disbursements of the Associations we manage.
Monthly financial reports are provided to the Board
Formulate yearly budgets for review by the Board
Assist CPA with annual audits or reviews
Regularly work with the Association legal counsel on collection and legal matters
affecting the Association
Interaction with homeowners, board members, contractors, community governments
Liaison between homeowners and Board
Meeting with the Board on a regular basis to transact Association business
Updating websites, sending newsletters and notices to owners
Providing Demand letters to Title companies for the sale and transfer of homes through Homewisedocs.com
Welcome packages are distributed to new owners and information on payment of
24/7 Emergency Answering service available for Emergencies affecting property
