Skin is mirror of our body it reflects problem of our internal health. If you are facing a bad skin day that means there is something wrong in your internal health or not taking care of your skin properly.

Skin is the outer covering of our body which is the largest organ of the integumentary system.If there is something wrong going on inside your body or any of your organ not functioning properly then our skin starts giving us signals. Skin problems are caused by both internal problem and outer problems. So lets see what are those problems.


Acne is caused by trapping of oil and dead skin into your skin. When you are using some oil based beauty products then the oil gets trapped and take the formation of acne. So it is really very important to choose your beauty products according to your skin type. Always patch test the product before applying on whole face because sometimes the ingredients reacts badly with skin. The internal problem which causes acne is eating junk and oily food which heats the temperature our body and cause acne. Also there is hormonal imbalance which cause acne.


Dry skin is caused by dehydration of your body. When you are not drinking enough liquid in your diet then your body gets dehydrated because of which we can get dry skin. So drink lot of water, water hydrates your body and skin. Also have fruit juices and coconut water these makes your skin more glowy. Dry skin is also caused when you are not moisturizing your skin properly. Always use a oil free moisturizer after washing your face it will lock the moisture into your skin and your skin will become more soft and supple.


Black heads and white heads are caused by clogged pores but when we look closely to these then we can differentiate it. Pores are opened wide and black substance peeking through skin that is the blackhead and in case of white heads pores are tightly closed and when u apply a little force white substance come out. These are caused when we do not maintain proper hygiene and do not wash our face properly or do not remove makeup before sleeping. So always make sure you properly cleanse your face and apply moisturizer. It is also caused because of eating unhealthy food.

SO, it is really important that we take care of our selves both internally and externally. For internal health we should take proper diet eat vegetables, fruits, drink a lot of water and juices. Consult doctor and have antibiotics. And for external maintain proper hygiene. Remove makeup and wash face properly, use toner to close your pores and also do not forget to moisturize your skin.
