Marie Sharp's Fiery Habanero Hot Sauce

Rating: ⭐⭐ Heat:πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ We're visiting @mariesharps_germany again for another number. This time the much more classic Fiery Habanero Hot Sauce. Let's see how it tastes!

_ πŸ‘ It's ok looking. I think the shiny thing might be a bit kitch, kind of looks like a rejected Valentine's present with that love heart too. They've got a bit more confused with the colour pallet on this one, not really thought about what colour the actual sauce is going to be, anyway it's not a bad effort. _ πŸ‘… This felt very conventional. There's a nice flavour from the chillis but far too much salt for my taste. It also doesn't seem like they've used a great quality vinegar although I could be wrong. It's hot alright, a front mouth spice that builds on repeated ingestion, but goes down fine if it's with something else. Not much more to say on this, a little disappointing. _ πŸ‘¬ As pictured I road tested this with a fajitas filled with mince, corn, salsa, guac, peppers and all the trimmings. It was ok in that context. Maybe try with some nahos for extra bite! _ πŸ• It's got few ingredients but high chilli content so very much bits suspended in liquid but a good consistency, not really a great dip but better than the average hot sauce and the bottle helps to stem the flow.
