OUTBACK UNIT TRUST

The Outback Unit Trust was established to acquire a 51% interest in the Underlying Trusts. The equity raising was subsequently oversubscribed and a decision was made to acquire a 55% interest. The Outback Unit Trust is the major shareholder in the OTC Carnarvon Unit Trust and Apartment 66 Unit Trust which are the underlying trusts that separately own two BP roadhouses in the Northwest of Western Australia at Carnarvon and Newman respectively. The properties consist of:

  • OTC Newman: BP Roadhouse and BP fuel, Capricorn Bar and Grill, Accommodation and additional land that houses AHG as a tenant under License.

  • OTC Carnarvon: BP Roadhouse and BP fuel
