Boo! It's spooky season here in New Jersey! You know what that means! It's time for haunted houses and attractions! Heres our list of the ones we think you should check out!
1. 13th Hour Haunted House
First up on the list is 13th Hour Haunted House located in Wharton, Morris County. This attraction is 2 floors of sheer terror! It's regarded by many Halloween enthusiast as New Jerseys most original and innovative haunted house. You can experience two mazes and two floors of heart-stopping entertainment. The haunted house is open most days Thursday-Saturday from mid-September to the first weekend of November. Don't worry, when it's the off-spooky season you can enjoy one of their five escape rooms! 2. Fright Fest Six Flags Great Adventure
Some people consider Fright Fest a Halloween must-do! That's why we've put it at number 2 on our list. What's most likely New Jerseys biggest, and spookiest event offers "Thrills by days and frights by night". Spend the day in the delightfully festive park riding rides and taking those perfect fall photos, but beware once dusk falls everything around you transforms into your worst nightmares! This event offers 5 scare zones, 7 haunted attractions along with several themed shows. 3. Night of Terror
Our third attraction on the list is the Night of Terror located just south of Philly in Mullica Hill New Jersey. This haunted farm offers you six spooks scream your voice away in! Here you can take your chance at a haunted hayride, cornfield and more! One experience unique to Night of Terror is their Zombie Paintball. Hop aboard a hayride armed with paintball guns and take your shot at saving your wagon from a zombie attack! 4. Brighton Asylum
Brighton Asylum is one of the most immersive haunts that one can experience. That's why it made it as number 4 on our list. Brighton undergoes major renovations between every season making sure that it's the freshest newest Halloween experience whether you're checking in for your first, second or third time. New for 2019 is a new experience called Port9l an interactive pre-show experience. Brighton Asylum is open Thursday - Sunday from September 29th - November 2nd visit their website for hours and pricing.
