1 x sachet of Vanilla complete sachet. 1 x 55g egg, whisked. ½ x cup milk alternative of choice. ½ x cup fresh berries 1 x tablespoon coconut yoghurt. 1 x tablespoon Canadian maple syrup. 1-2 x tsps dairy free margarine.
1. Sift whole food sachet into a bowl. Combine egg & milk alternative into a seperate bowl. Once combined, fold into vanilla complete powder. 2. Heat margarine on a large fry pan. Spoon ⅓ of a mixture onto pan once heated. Allow mixture to bubble slightly before flipping. Allow to cook for a further 1-2 minutes before removing from pan and adding to a plate. 3. Repeat step two with remaining mixture. Once pancakes are cooked & stacked, top with coconut yoghurt, berries and Canadian maple syrup.
